Products and delivery details
OrangeShieldPro lists Avast software plans. The product listing and any delivery instructions provided for your order determine what is supplied. A product illustration alone does not confirm that a physical box will be shipped. Contact us before ordering if you need to confirm the delivery method.
Charges shown at checkout
The current checkout displays a shipping charge of $9.99 for an order subtotal of $199 or less, and $0 for a subtotal above $199. Amounts are in USD. Review the shipping line and final total before submitting your order.
Order processing
Submitting an order creates a pending order record. An order number confirms that the order was recorded; it does not by itself confirm payment, dispatch, or delivery. Keep the order number for support inquiries.
Delivery timing and availability
A delivery date or delivery method should not be assumed from the order confirmation alone. Contact us to confirm availability, delivery arrangements, and any location restrictions for your selected product before ordering if these affect your purchase.
Accurate contact information
Check your email address and billing details before submitting an order. If you notice an error, contact us with your order number so we can review it. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive credentials in a support message.
